Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, mounting hardware, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to X-SENSE

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned device, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
